INCREASE IN THE CASTING CAPACITY

Switching on the new AOD refining system, SAFAS has completed a considerable investment in the Steel Mill department; plan began in the last months with the installation of a completely new Arc Furnace having a double nominal capacity as to the previous one. This leads our liquid steel capacity over 50 tons, without however precluding the possibility to produce small size castings; a further step forward in the flexibility we have been offering to our Customers for more that fifty years.
