THE SIMULATION
OF THE CASTING
PROCESS

All manufactured castings are simulated beforehand with fluid mechanics analyses of filling carried out with MagmaSoft, a simulation software of filling the mold and of steel solidification, through which we prevent and drastically reduce the critical areas in the castings, with the result to guarantee the intrinsic quality of our castings in function of the quality standards required.
